The project consultant conducts a specialized selection of candidates based on the analysis of collected applications according to the criteria agreed with the Client. The consultant arranges detailed interviews with selected Candidates and verifies their knowledge of foreign languages. It is very important to check references from previous jobs.

The process generally includes  the following stages:
 - Creation of job description
 - Market analysis
 - Conversations with the Candidates
 - Checking references
 - Financial negotiations
 - Signing
